They tell you you should have parked on the road! When returning the budget truck the entire parking lot was empty and the signs said to park in a legally available space, but not to block the gate. So I parked in a parking space and when I checked my credit card a week later, realized they charged my credit card $40 dollars extra, 15 for extra mileage and 25 for "fuel" which i had filled the tank up right before i returned it. When trying to dispute this, first with them, which the man was rude and inconsiderate, telling me i should have "read the signs" which said nothing of not parking in their designated lot and the 25 dollars was for moving the vehicle, was nonrefundable. He actually laughed at me, when I asked him to remove the charge because the signs said nothing of the sort. I then tried to dispute it through my credit card, who said it was listed as a 25 dollar fuel charge on the bill and there was nothing they could do to prove i had filled the tank or not. SO pretty much I was up the creek without a paddle and they made off with 40 dollars more!! When they say no hidden fees it is a lie and a scam.
