Reviews  By corinne miles from palmdale, CA Posted Sep 4, 2009 safety pen is a good storage facility, but the only thing I dont understand is why they dont have online payment centers, it would be more better if they had it, cause as for me for example, I cant sometimes get there when my bill is due, and thats makes me have a late fee, i have computer access, so therefore, if i could pay my bill online, it owuld save me money, plus, my payment will be on time.
